A parte il piano terra i restanti locali erano ben riscaldati inoltre presentava arredi , infissi , tutto nuovo

Solo il locale ingresso , nonostante ci fosse il termosifone era un po’ freddo dovuto alla presenza del camino con canna fumaria aperta
