Great location, good size for family of 4, TV worked, beds were warm, no street noise, prettily decorated. Good value for the money.. Helpful owner. Airport pickup was smooth. NB, neighbours have, small dogs - didn't bother us but worth knowing in case it's an issue.
Noise travelled down from upstairs (footsteps, voices), showers needed to be super low pressure to be warm, limited kitchen utensils for cooking, no heating source (not sure if that's the norm), Return airport taxi needed chasing - they'd got the wrong pick up time but got us there in the end.

Spacious, located close to a lot of things, great value, lots of beds. Three bathrooms which was very good to see. They provided an excellent tour to rainbow mountain.
Although water was hot it had very low pressure. There was no heating. Towels are very limited. Plugs were a bit dodgy. We asked if an early check in was possible and we were $35 which we rejected however when we showed up early they gave us the keys early anyway. Communication over whatsapp was very poor. After I cancelled an airport drop off they kept asking when I'd pay for it.

The location is excellent!
The property seems very old and like it’s falling apart. A lot of mold and water damage on the walls that made us sick. On top of this, you can hear everything from the other apartments, so it’s very hard to rest.
