Breakfast was adequate, loved the homemade fresh bread supplied
Entrance to our upstairs, smelt very musty. Was disappointed to not have any hot water to have a spa bath in the evening on our last day

On walking into our room, we loved the panoramic view of the harbour from the bay window - great spot to sit with a cuppa & enjoy. Plenty of space in the room & comfy beds. Brekky was a nice touch, including the homemade cob loaf. Quiet location yet only about 3 minutes from town. We would certainly stay again, well done!
Kitchenette had the basics, but could do with a few additional utensils

The mattresses were very comfortable.
The extra furniture wasn't updated, and very visibly well used. The grounds of the property, and location, were amazing. The staff was lovely and mentioned they are in the process of updating the rooms. Value for money.
