An unforgettable experience in every sense! Staying at Majak Rum Hussein Camp was beyond amazing—from the moment we arrived until we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Dinner was a highlight: the traditional Zarb cooked under the sand was absolutely delicious and truly unique. The jeep tour was an incredible adventure through the breathtaking desert landscapes, followed by a magical stargazing experience under one of the clearest skies we’ve ever seen. Our driver Mohammad was professional, friendly, and made the whole journey even more enjoyable with his great attitude and knowledge. Honestly, this place perfectly combines authenticity, comfort, and natural beauty. Highly recommended—once you visit, you’ll definitely want to come back!

Incroyable hotel dans le Wadi Rum pour dormir en tente bulle. Tres propre et confortable, belle vue, calme. Personnel bienveillant, tres respectueux et toujours la pour aider. Hussen est un excellent hote, tout etait parfait! Merci encore!! Une de mes plus belles expériences.

The staff were really great, especially Mohammad. The tents were spacious and comfortable. and it’s a smaller camp which was nice because it was quieter. Dinner was also a good experience (15JD) We also loved the jeep(truck) tour.

There was a lack of communication right from the start. There are hidden fees that they only tell you about once you book. They charge 15JD to get to the resort if you don’t book a tour, however there is no way to actually get to the resort without them taking you. Lunch was also 15JD, and if you are a vegetarian, opt out. They don’t cater to vegetarians. They also may have just served the leftovers from dinner the night before if you do eat meat. Not really worth 15JD in my opinion. We didn’t have coffee cups in our room and after asking for some we still never received them. We also weren’t given water in the rooms. The only thing in our room was a single open tea bag… The AC is turned off in the early evening and doesn’t get turned on until after dinner. There was no communication or warning about this. If eco tourism is your thing, maybe wadi rum isn’t the place for you. I’m unsure if every place is like this, but garbage is just buried behind the camp… Overall not sure if this is the norm for the area, this was just our experience.
