Locatie tussen Nieuwpoort strand en stad, alles op loopafstand, of met de tram die voor de deur stopt. Appartement was netjes, nieuw, schoon. Alles was prima in orde.

Bra ytor. Trevligt med pool.
Fönster och balkongen var mot vägen och trafiken utanför var mycket störande eftersom man behövde ha öppna fönster på grund av värmen. Det saknades handdukar för att torka händerna.
