La ubicación. En todo el centro y andando se podía ir a todos los sitios.
La calidad-precio, la casa estaba bien pero era bastante antigua y necesita algunos retoques: suelo levantado, desconchones en la cocina, algunas sabanas sucias. Salvando estas pequeñas incidencias, todo era cómodo y amplio.

Bien situado, te ofrece plaza de aparcamiento en el precio
Parking estrecho y muy bajo, tuvimos que desmontar un maletero de techo porque no entraba. El piso para dormir está bien, pero tiene sus desperfectos ( no son importantes si apenas vas a estar en el piso )
