Ancien hôtel situé sur la place centrale de Cayeux - proche toutes commodités - entièrement réaménagé en 2023 : les appartements sont encore très récents et aménagés avec goût. Très bon accueil de la Propriétaire. En compléments des aménagements présents dans les logements, cuisine commune au RdC avec congélateur, lave-linge, four, etc. ... en libre accès pour les locataires. Cayeux est idéalement situé pour rayonner du nord au sud de la Baie de Somme.
A savoir : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Tous les appartements sont accessibles par escaliers.

L’établissement est classé , super bien situé, au calme tout en étant au centre ville, la région est magnifique très reposante parfaite pour les familles ou les couples et bien sûr la propriétaire adorable et toujours disponible je recommande 👌
