It was easy enough to get the keys
It was just a bit weird getting it from a convenience store from across the street, that initially I thought I was being scammed. But that is also because I've never had to do that before.

Location.
Unit was not clean. Toilet seat was broken. Floors were dirty. Glass doors, windows and shower screens were not clean and were streaky. Bathroom had power point that didn’t work and was hanging out of the wall. Veranda was dirty. No gas in the bbq. Cobwebs in places on veranda.
