Der Vater des Vermieters war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, modern und mit toller und neuwertiger Ausstattung in super Lage. Schade ist nur, dass die Sauberkeit leider nicht unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat - der Müll im Bad war nicht geleert, der Kühlschrank verschmutzt - was für die Lagerung frischer Lebensmittel nicht sehr appetitlich und hygienisch ist und in den Küchen- und Badschubladen waren noch viele Krümel und Haare von anderen Mietern - schade, sonst wäre es eine 10/10
Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben, die Matratzen wirkt etwas durchgelegen.
