Communication with the host was quick, easy, and efficient from the very beginning. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. The house was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches left by the host, including some candies and a 100-dinar banknote as a souvenir from Serbia, which was a very nice and memorable gesture. The private parking space was spacious enough for our SUV and very easy to access and park in. Another gesture we greatly appreciated was being allowed to leave our car at the property for a while after check-out. We were traveling with our pet and were happy to find that pets were welcomed without any additional fees. The location was very convenient, with the Niš Fortress approximately 20–25 minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and would gladly stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Cet appartement est tout joli et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Nous ne sommes passées qu'en coup de vent sinon on aurait pu profiter de la petite terrasse extérieure, simple mais qui a le mérite d'exister.

Le chien de la voisine a aboyé un peu trop tard dans la nuit, pas tout le temps et il a été rentré un moment donné mais c'était gênant. Il y a une clim dans la chambre parentale mais, sauf erreur de notre part, pas dans l'autre chambre.

Smeštaj je super opremljen i uredan, sve pohvale.

Jedina stvar koja nam se nije svidela jeste ta što nas je apartman dočekao leden. Ima dve klime pa smo i to brzo rešili. Smatram da je trebalo da bude uključeno grejanje pre nego što stignemo. Pogotovo što je bio najavljeno tačno vreme dolaska.
