Sunset Inn is a solid, no frills option if you want to stay in South Haven near the lake. I mean, really near the lake. The entrance to beautiful North Beach is right across the street. Downtown South Haven's restaurants and shops are just a short walk away as well. Charlie and Renee are super great and accommodating hosts.
The room was basic and pretty small. I'd estimate that the King bed took up about 75% of the space, so there was nowhere to unpack or hang clothes. It felt cramped, but we spent very little time there so the Inn's location value is still exceptional.

Charlie and Renee were so hospitable. Loved the location, Very close to North Beach. Close to town. Breakfast was great. Was able to borrow beach chairs and towels from the Inn.
Room was small. Lacked a closet and drawers for clothes. King size bed took up much of the space in the room.

Great location and super friendly staff/owners. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable.
Cleanliness is a huge part of personal comfort for our family. The sheets and towels were clean, however the bathroom and carpet/floors in my personal opinion could have used a little extra elbow grease.
