Ótima localização, preço estava bom, portaria boa, comunicação boa com o locador. Serviços extras como lavanderia e espaço de convivência bons. Recomendo!
Problemas: Barulho da descarga do banheiro, devido ao prédio ser antigo, nosso quarto não tinha banheiro originalmente, então foi feito uma adaptação de banheiro que usa uma bomba para puxar agua. No quarto não dá para trabalhar de tarde, nem na sala de convivência devido a rua barulhenta (carros de sons e mega caixas de sons das lojas)
