It was spacious for two people, felt very clean and well stocked with everything we could need from shampoo, toothpaste, towels and water bottles to coffee and chocolate upon arrival. Personally had no issues with noise as the windows kept most of it out when closed. Two fans were provided which was much appreciated in the heat. The location is excellent, a short walk to the underground and only one stop away from Liverpool Street and a very short distance to the rest of central London. Faruq was very welcoming and we felt that if we had any issues or queries he would be happy to help.
The neighbourhood wasn’t necessarily the nicest looking, and the building is definitely old, but we never felt unsafe or had any issues once you look past the appearance. The room itself was well furnished and didn’t feel old.

Room was great, and really well provided with everything. Faruq, the host, is incredible, really careful with the guests.
