Had difficulty locating our unit from driveway parking spot, as door to unit was on the blind side of the building and there was no signage or numbers to tell us which was our unit. Some signage pointing to appropriate unit would have been helpful.

Location was perfect as my brother, who I shared with, has a yacht moored at Kettering
Easy access to Bruny Island
There was hair in the shower recess and the sink plug hole needs cleaning.
The instructions, which were to be left on the fridge, were not there.
I recommend insect spray as there are many little bugs/flies.

The house is so nice. It has a small view of the water and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The dining room added a touch of class.
