This property uses keyless entry but was pretty straightforward. Our family of 14 stayed in the adjoining units allowing ample space to spread out. Every concern was addressed immediately (plumbing, trash cans, cleaning supplies). This property probably had not been used since the hurricanes so everything was new and was just being set up. It was expensive but the location near Crescent Beach was ideal.
There seems to have been a problem with one of the pools so the staff sent over someone to manage the water flow and check regularly. Not a problem for us as there was another larger heated pool.
