Quiet location and beautiful view of the beach and headland.

Great beds, and furniture. Outdoor settings were excellent as were the views and proximity to the beach and supermarket. Communications with the agents were prompt and helpful.

The building works next door starting up at 7am every morning were not great. The key lockbox upstairs was quite unreliable and very difficult to open or close most of the time. We expected some basic toiletries, shampoo and conditioner and more than one small toilet paper roll for each bathroom for a 4 night stay. The toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom didn't fit the toilet. There were not enough hand towels, face washers and floor mats when we arrived but the cleaner left extras when requested. A jug for cold water in the fridge would be handy. Downstairs was extremely dusty, musty with spider webs and dead spiders. The shower was mouldy and there was a very strong and persistent mouldy smell to the room. The Air conditioner filter was so clogged up that it was contributing to the musty smell. It was much better after we requested that the room, shower and A/C filter be cleaned. The young lass did a great job. One ceiling light and the bedside light downstairs didn't work.

I had booked for 14 people however there were only 8 towels and cutlery there were only enough for 9 people we made do. serving platters none. The unit down stairs had no sheets for the pull out.
