Spalatum Boutique apartment with balcony

L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et la terrasse est très agréable. Tony le gérant est super sympathique et est très réactif. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai sans hésiter. La localisation est parfaite à proximité immédiate du centre historique et 15/20 minutes du bacvice où nous avons pu aller tous les jours.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet appartement qui est en plus très compétitif en termes de prix. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs

The property was in an excellent position and the added balcony was lovely to sit out in. The property had a well equipped kitchen and utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.

The property needed a deep clean. Under the sofa needed a lot more cleaning, the shower curtain needed to be changed.. but overall it was tidy and comfortable.

The apartment is very comfortable, and well located. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the historic centre of Split, but away enough from the touristic noise.

The shower curtain was short and after having a shower the bathroom floor gets soaked. The bedsheets for the sofá didnt fit, they were too small.

Domaćin nas je sačekao kod apartmana, pomogao unijeti kofere i pustio nas više od jedan sat ranije u apartman, što nam je bilo važno. Od ulice Fra Bonina došli smo pješke do kafića Mimmo i tu bili par sati te došli do apartmana u ulici Petra Svačića, još bližer HNK i centru Splita. Dvije klime, balkon, perilica rublja, izuzetan frižider nama važan radi sladoleda, Sa dovoljno posuđa i veoma interesantnog enterijera. Na prvom spratu.

Naš boravak u Splitu je imao dva dijela. Prvi od 04 do 14 jula, a drugi u ovom objektu od 14. jula do 20-tog. Tako se moralo desiti pa smo se snalazili kao dobri stari gosti u ovom gradu. Koristili smo prevoz i kupovali karte na automatu, radi odlaska na plažu, probali ponudu obližnjeg restorana INDEX, u kome je ručak-meny 7 Eura a večera 6 eura, koji je zatvoren radi odmora 16. jula. Primarno je bio samo za studente, a kasnije su došli umirovljenici i strani turisti. Mnogo cijena hrane su niže nego u BiH, što je zanimljivo. No bitan je odmor za tijelo i dušu.
