Ανακαινισμένο Διαμέρισμα

The property is located in the city center, just 700 meters from the ferry port. It’s very clean and has everything you might need, especially in the kitchen, which is very well equipped. Although the owner did not meet us in person during our stay, they were always available and easy to reach remotely. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay in the city center, I would definitely recommend this property. It has a beautiful garden with mastiha, lemon, and tangerine trees. There’s also a small table outside the door where you can relax, have breakfast, eat dinner, and enjoy your time. The amenities were excellent: a washing machine, oven, microwave, plenty of cutlery, a fridge, shampoo, cleaning supplies, shelves—everything was very convenient. The nostalgic radio and vintage furniture made me smile. :) I would definitely recommend staying here!

I had read some reviews saying that the bed wasn’t comfortable, but we actually found it quite comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that, because of the property’s layout, the apartment doesn’t get a lot of natural light. The windows are positioned higher up, so it can feel a little enclosed at first. However, the lighting inside is more than adequate, the air conditioning works well, and the apartment is very spacious, so we never felt uncomfortable.

Un departamento amplio, comodo y elegante. Ubicado a menos de 700 metros del puerto de Ferry y de la zona centrica de la ciudad. Posee en las inmediaciones comercios de todo lo que pueda ser necesario para tu estancia. Tiene todos los artefactos y utensillos que pudieras desear tener en tu propia casa. Me impacto la cocina con una heladera con freezer gigante. Incluso habia algunos alimentos basicos para iniciar la estancia. Ademas como no es habitual, alimentos basicos para preparar una comida como aceite, aderezos y otros que normalmente por una estancia de uno o dos dias necesitas comprar en cantidades que exceden tu estancia y en este caso han tenido la prevision de ponerlo a disposicion. El parking en la calle no ofrece inconvenientes ya que se ve una zona segura y sin dificultad para conseguirlo. Finalmente valoro muchisimo la permanente atencion de Kosmas, que siempre estuvo a disposicion. Inmensamente agradecido de permitirme hacer un check-out tardío, dado que el ferry al El Pireo sale por la noche. Sin dudas, en un proximo viaje retornaría a este alojamiento.

Merkeze çok yakın, konumu oldukça iyi, içinde her türlü ekipmanın ihtiyaç olabilecek herşeyin bulunduğu tertemiz bir evdi. Ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu. Her konuda hızlı dönüş aldık. Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir konaklama seçeneğiydi, memnun kaldık.

Clean, tidy, central location. Homemade marmalades and lemonade were nice treats.

The owner did not contacted me on my arrival day to share the WIFI information. I contaced him first on my arrival day beacuse the WIFI was very poor and the 5G wifi was not working at all. He did not checked it before i come and even did not tell me which which WİFİ to connect ( there was 3 options but 2 was not working, and the one was poor) . There was a passcode in the bedroom written with handwriting numbers and there was no name of wifi connection. This was the first time i experience such a lacking communication about the informations shared by the owner at the arrival. Even he did not contacted me to ensure my comfort, before i texted him i am coming. The apartment was below the garden, there were no curtaind on windows, sometimes people walking on pavement looked inside. Privacy feling was not good enough.
