Gulfside Condominiums 14 Port Aransas Condo 1A Unit 14

This place is great my family and I had a wonderful time there. The listing in the ad is totally true to the word. Its 4 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as advertised. First thing that is really awesome is the layout inside is perfect the downstairs is open and feels very roomy with the living room dinning room and kitchen flowing together and the master bed and bath are downstairs as well and that was perfect since I had my mom with me and she couldn't go up and down the stairs so happily I gave her that room and she loved it because its got a big TV and the grandkids could come snuggle in the giant bed whenever they wanted. The upstairs is also perfect two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony with two large wooden rocking chairs. As for the bedrooms they all had their own TVs and theres a living room upstairs and the bathroom conjoined the bedroom and living area upstairs. Absolutely perfect. Also the garage area has two BBQ pits to use one is wood and the other is brand new gas grill that works so easy. All the neighbors were really friendly and fun too. Kids loved having the pool right out the front door to swim whenever they wanted. Theres two kart rental places within a half block from here and the Texan gas station is in walking distance to for any late night cravings. Location really is very close to beach and the kids really enjoyed being able to walk there when they felt like us adults were taking to long. Ive rented several places in port aransas throughout years and this is the best price for this nice of a house. Dont get me wrong there are nicer places thst I've rented in the $3000+ for a week price range. But I spent $1200 and got this place for the weekly stuff minute and it was probably in my opinion the best one so far. Loved it will definitely be back.

Close to the beach, spacious areas, nice patios, cute beach decor. Loved that there was one bedroom downstairs & the rest were upstairs that was a great fit for my family. Very fun trip and I would book again here at this room.

The dryer unfortunately was broken during my stay but after reaching out a couple of times they did get back to me and reimburse me for the inconvenience. There’s a couple things that could be updated like the bbq pit, the kitchen sink had a slight leak from the top of the faucet. Couple light bulbs needed to be changed. Little things but stuff I noticed there was more pros than cons.

This home was perfect for our stay in Port Aransas. There is plenty of space and enough beds for the whole family. The location is perfect and super close to the beach. This home has everything you need to feel at home. The home is very well kept. Will definitely consider again in the future.

The pool and parking are small, but won't keep me from renting again.
