早餐不OK, 但地點還不錯，海景第一排是沒錯，但經常面對的是退潮的潮間帶，看來是黑黑的海泥沙，但終於我在隔天看到滿潮，的確很美! 但幾小時後又回復潮間帶
早餐太簡單，比起本島台東 4000元民宿，海景不輸牽海，我們得到一份現製豐盛早餐盤，還有新鮮果汁或咖啡選擇，多喝一杯老闆也不在意，而且是手沖且餐廳裡有音樂。但貴店只有一份燒餅、飯糰，咖啡只有第一天有，第二天要付費。 餐廳裡沒音樂，靜悄悄，Lobby只有桌椅，沒有度假氣氛。

民宿的位置"真"海景第一排，老闆很親切，還有提供膠囊咖啡冰箱有水跟兩種飲料🥤，洗澡水溫度與水壓很給力👍，房間電視有Netflix自備帳號就能看💯，如果天氣好還可以借工具去海灘玩沙🏖️，民宿也可以代訂媽宮或是其他家的伴手禮，直接送到機場。
這次去剛好遇到民宿更換淨水器濾芯， 導致自來水放出來有泡泡，建議可以 更換濾芯後放流5-10分鐘。 二樓的配電箱建議可以上鎖，遇到隔壁房間 在玩電箱，整個房間的電斷斷續續。 要提前支付訂金的部分希望可以在注意事項寫出來。

3/8-3/9入住一晚海景豪華雙人房－附陽台(房間在2樓) 地點位在海岸線第一排，窗簾一拉開即是海景 櫃台人員回覆訊息非常即實，詢問日落相關問題，也會提供近期影片參考 未到CHECKIN時間，提前讓我們提前進房間放行李 浴室有浴缸可以泡澡，晚上開窗吹著涼風邊泡澡超棒
在訂房網站未公告需收訂金與入住前10天匯款結清，加客服LINE才告知需付先匯款。
