AMAZING, GLAMOROUS, SPECIAL!
The accommodation was beyond amazing! The staff were extermely friendly, helpful and happy! The pure opulance of the property cannot be overstated, and it is better than the photos on the website portray. The beds, ensuite, towels, bathrobe, slippers, mini bar, pillows... everything was brilliant! The bathroom (ensuite) was exceptional. The styling of this property has been undertaken by people who know how to style and make you the customer feel extra special. The breakfast was again, delightful and geneorus in the serving portions, and options of non-cooked food is well catered for. With evening drinks and small apetisers left out for the guests after their eveing walk around the gorgous city of Lucca, was a touch of class. The guest longe area is set for royality; and that is the diffence where other butique accomodation fall short... every person staying here is treated like royality! I cannot over sell this place! My wife and I WILL BE BACK!

Daniella and all the staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room could not have been more comfortable. Bed, shower, all very well worth the money. Breakfast was delicious and there was always something there to pick on in the evening or before going to bed. Will be back for sure.
Nothing. The shower only has a partial enclosure so there was water all over but plenty of towels so no big deal. It is a beautiful bathroom nonetheless.

The property was beautiful, very stylish and very comfortable. The room was very well appointed, coffee machine with pods, exquisite bathroom and plenty of toiletries, lots of coat hangers in a very generous wardrobe and a very, very large and comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, plenty of choice and options for a made on request, lots of good coffee too. The staff who managed our stay were all wonderfully friendly and could not do enough for us.

This is a beautiful hotel but I would not recommend the apartment.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The common areas have been beautifully restored and decorated. We stayed in the apartment which was beside the main building. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast is not included with the apartment, as there is a full kitchen. Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are a very nice touch.
Unfortunately our stay was in late October and the apartment was freezing. We inquired about the heat, but it was never turned on. We made 2 requests for an additional blanket that never arrived. We used our bathrobes for additional warmth to sleep. The shower is without a door so it was cold and the water sprays out onto the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if the rooms in the main building are heated.

Absolutely beautiful property. Very comfortable bedroom. The common sitting area was stunning. Breakfast served every morning was delicious!! And the absolute highlight was the impeccable staff!!!
The temperature in the room was very warm. The air conditioning system had been turned off to allow heating for a chill the prior week. Although the staff worked very hard to get this resolved, it was still a bit warm.
