l'alloggio è nel contro storico, in ottima posizione. Di pregio la ristrutturazione dell'alloggio, progettata con buon gusto da un architetto. Le stanze hanno dei bagni ensuite di particolare pregio, tutto in vetro con struttura metallica portante color nero, che accentua il contrasto ma rende armonioso il tutto. In alta stagione può servire il parcheggio, ma non è vicino.

il centro storico non ha alcun negozio di alimentari, frutta/verdura, generi per la casa, giornali/tabacchi, quindi va fatta una camminata (10min).
