No towels, and unplugged TV blew a fuse after I plugged it in by getting down on the floor. Terrible looking shower, missing slats on Venetian blind, and a slanted bed leg sticking out that gave me a black & blue toe.

My son is going through dialysis and he's well relaxed when he gets back from his appointment. Staff is very nice and understanding and works well with you.

Centrally located to many places and things to do. Mt Graylock is a wonderful place to view the leaves turning in autumn.. 40 mins
Easy in and out, a nice distance from Pittsfield.
