'Bronte Beauty' Modern Heritage Style with Balcony

Great location. Quiet. Private. Short walk to beach, park or shops. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment with two full bedrooms. Also excellent large balcony with green outlook.

Concertina door to balcony quite stiff but functional. Street parking only so car hot and exposed to storms.

The apartment is lovely and spacious with a big balcony and tree canopy in the backyard. The beds were really comfortable and it's great having fans over the beds. The shower was strong and hot.

The apartment feels quite tired and while the regular clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedlinen etc) was fine, the overall feeling is a bit dirty. This is because the fly screens and windows are pretty grubby. Also the deck area is very unloved as were the indoor plants. There were surfboards (softboards) in the pictures online which I was looking forward to using, but they were not in the racks when we arrived which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was fine but lacked a sense of generosity and care. There was no welcome note, lots of requests not too much of the bathroom products. It's possible to get public transport to the city from there, but very time consuming so we ended up using ubers. Once we worked out the best track to the beach, that worked well. It would be helpful to have a paper copy of the house guide printed out on arrival.
