Inviting and historic loft with private terrace & full kitchen extremely walkable

Great location, and fantastic property itself

I would have liked better communication about being able to check in slightly earlier. I do not mean an official early check-in; rather, I’m referencing being able to enter the property once the cleaning crew is done. This makes a bit difference when we have an early flight and are “stranded” until 4pm.

Spacious and good amenities

Hard to get into the doors. The 10-digit code is a lot to remember at one time and required really specific timing to open correctly

It was a lot of space, good bedrooms, very good location.

We found two roaches, maybe with spray for kill them can be better.

The location and the apartment were perfect. Comfortable beds, very clean, everything available in kitchen

Check in was a disaster. I messaged the hosts 2 weeks before my stay; the management company did not respond to my request for information until the day I arrived. I contacted Booking.com and was told the hosts did not respond to them either. I was emailed several pages of completely incorrect information. The instructions stated there was a lock box at the outer door and gave me the code. I struggled and struggled with the lock box but the code did not work. I called the local number for help and received a response from Jamal an hour later. Jamal told me that the correct lock box was underneath the one I had been trying!! . It was broiling hot in the sun. I then gained entry to the foyer and was told to put in another code to the interior door. The instructions stated that if the code did not work, there was another lockbox next to the door with a key. I had no trouble with the code that day. However, the next morning I went out and when I returned the code did not work. I tried the lock box but there was no key there. Again I called Jamal and waited an hour. I was due to attend a wedding and this was very frustrating. Jamal came and changed the code. He then told me the key that was supposed to be in the lock box was lost.
