The door code we had didn’t work when we got there but I was able to finally get ahold of customer service and she was able to reset the code so we could get in our room. I think a second way of getting in the rooms would be a good idea because if not been for customer service over phone we wouldn’t have got in. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend it for anyone looking for great smoky mountain vacation stay!!

I loved the location, the cleanliness, the stocked kitchen, and the ease of access. The care package with cleaning items was very helpful.
The toilet seat was a little loose and the toilet itself sits up a little high for shorter people like my wife. The couch was comfortable but very worn and could use replacing. Everything else was great!

The view is amazing. I also enjoyed being so close to town.
The pullout mattress is uncomfortable.
