The beds were comfortable, the temperature was easily controlled with not much need for adjustment. The kitchen was well supplied and the bedroom closets were also well supplied with spare blankets and pillows. We also enjoyed having a way to wash our clothes during our stay.
The internet was not reliable during our stay and no amount of re-setting the equipment worked to keep it running for very long. The water in the hot tub appeared clean, but ended up having a lot of specks of dirt floating in it, I think the top might not fit correctly on it, which may have allowed some leaves and rainwater in.
These issues only impacted our stay in a very minor way, and overall were no big deal.

The hot tub was wonderful!! We enjoyed it every evening we stayed at the cabin. It was relatively close to downtown Gatlinburg while still being secluded. It was clean and quiet, which we appreciated.
The driveway was a challenge. The best vehicle to bring is a small suv, as any small car will scrape coming out and any large truck will have great difficulty making the turn and climbing up the narrow asphalt. I did have to call the company to get my welcome email with my door code as I never received it in the first place.
