Could be better with renovation

Very interesting place in the centrum of city. Big building and nice arhitecture. The reception was open at midnight.

Must be renovated! all the things in the room was old and the bathroom very old with lot of black mush and cold in the room...only the old air conditioning make us a bit happy for a bit of warm but with noize. The parking full and no alternative of parking...just to give the car key to reception for muving the car over night...

Beautiful hotel but cold in the winter.

Great atmosphere and beautiful historical building. Even that we visited in January, I think a stay in the summer would be even more beautiful, as you can spend time in the garden.

We visited in January. The rooms were cold, despite the fact that the air conditioner was working on 30 degrees. The room was maximum 21 degrees, which is normal having in mind the building is 500 years old and not insulated. What I disliked was that the radiators were not working, and there were not extra blankets or duvets, only one for the double bed. And we stayed in a superior room.

A magical experience in Edirne

The hotel is like a time machine, transporting you back in times of camel caravans and silk trade. Comfortable beds and elegant interiors. Excellent breakfast.

Mind the 50m walk from the parking lot to the reception and the need to leave the car keys at the reception. Not an issue given the kindness of the staff.

Magical place

The staff is extremely nice. We felt like kings. The food at the restaurant is perfect. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is marked with the history of the Kervansaray.

Nice location, lack of parking places

I liked the location of the hotel - in the center of Edirne. The staff was friendly.

A very big minus is the limited parking spaces at the hotel. The hotel is located in the center, and the parking lot is not fenced and practically anyone can park there. We waited 30 minutes to wait for someone to leave and so we could park. If you choose this hotel, do not count on parking. Another very big minus is how narrow the rooms are. This building was an inn at the time and then there were no bathrooms in the rooms. But now they have added a bathroom with a toilet in the rooms and it has become very narrow. In a room with 3 beds there was only room to open one suitcase. The breakfast is not varied.

Historical Hotel in the heart of Edirne.

The location is right near all of Edirne's historical attractions. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast needs to be improved. We had to wait a very long time for our breakfast, we wish that the hotel just had an open buffet rather than an a la carte option.

Breakfast was very bad. They serve open buffet only on weekends. During the week it’s a poor breakfast with bad products. Service is bad. Toilet and shower are extremely small. Rooms don’t have windows because it’s a historical building and lighting wasn’t enough.

I thought it would be a great experience but it was a max a fair one.

Building is historical and keeps the historical soul.

It has 0 sound proof and if there is a concert in the courtyard, is like you are also outside. Take care if you come with stroller as there is no access for it until the rooms, all are at upper level and no elevator. Breakfast is rather poor. We paid little, and I can consider it fair in the end. It is not a luxury place, is fair. The sound proof should be a priority otherwise you can’t really sleep /rest early. It is not a 5 star, for sure.

Very Central Location

Loved the location, very very central. Great complimentary tea, coffee, water, slippers, shoe shine, shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Mert, receptionist was extremely helpful within the hotel and knowledgeable about the city. The other receptionists were very helpful as well. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Towels large and nice and white. The cleaning in the room was very good and complimentary items topped up daily. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items, cereal, toaster for bread, jam, spreads and fruits, buffet style. Seating outside the rooms was a nice touch and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here even if just for the history of the hotel.

Parking was plentiful but no attendant so was a free for all. Both times I needed a space I was lucky to get one though it was a bit of worry going out. The cleaning of the seating area outside of the rooms was very poor, the tables and ashtrays weren't cleared or cleaned in two days, neither was the carpet. There were no serviettes on the breakfast tables or salt. Every morning we had to go in search of them or find someone to ask. The breakfast waiters were totally disinterested in clearing or cleaning tables after people left. Only tea or water is served at breakfast, Tip...take the coffee and creamer from your room if you prefer coffee Some fruit juice would be nice at breakfast.

Quite unusual hotel

Perfect location, very easy to reach by car, free parking. The building is unusual and very interesting. You feel like in a museum.

There is no lift to the second floor, and there are 27 steps to climb instead. The room was very small.

Perfect stay in historical place that travels you back in time

Amazing environment in the city center. Nice typical Turkish breakfast served. All staff is great and super helpful. This is the place to stay if you visit Andrianoupolis!

Το ξενοδοχείο έκανε την διαμονή μας στην Αδριανούπολη όμορφη.

Το μέρος σε ταξιδεύει σε άλλη εποχή με έντονο στοιχείο της ανατολής. Πολύ ατμοσφαιρικό ήσυχο, ζεστό δωμάτιο. Από τα ποιο εντυπωσιακά ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε επισκεφτεί.

Το μόνο κακό του δικού μας δωματίου, ότι δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό το νερό για να απολαύσουμε το μπάνιο μας. Παρ όλο που το αναφέραμε στην ρεσεψιόν δεν υπήρξε βελτίωση.

Прекрасно място, добро обслужване! Трудно е за инвалиди! Имат проблеми с паркинга, въпреки, че е указано че има паркин - когато е запълнен - въртиш и търсиш и плащаш на платен паркинг - би трябвало да има обезщетение за това, че плащаш за паркинг! Иначе закуската е добра и ако залата е по-добре отоплена защото трябва да седиш с палто в студените дни би било препоръчително! Но като цяло хотела с историческата си стойност е добър!

Студената зала за закуска! Липсата на паркинг, тъй като беше запълнен и си плащахме два дни на платен съседен паркинг! Няма удобства за хора с двигателни проблеми и инвалиди!

Чудесна локация! Обстановката също е много въздействаща! Много чисто и поддържано!

Налягането на водата в банята беше много слабо! Ресторантът е много добър, въпреки че самата обстановка те предразполага за традиционна кухня, а в същност предлаганите ястия са по- скоро европейски. Закуската се сервира, а не е на блок маса, което не е типично за Турция и беше разочароващо за нас.

Foarte foarte frig in camera 225 desi erau 2 calorifere si un aer conditionat la 30 de grade,intra vantul prin usa,in restaurantul unde se serveste doar micul dejun,frig,in celalalt restaurant,foarte frig,tot timpul ardeau lemne in curtea unde sunt cele doua asa zise restaurante si era fum peste tot si miroseau a fum toate hainele,in restaurant nu este retea nici macar pentru date mobile iar meniul care este cu co QR nu se deschidea si dupa ce ne.am asezat,la 10 minute ne.am ridicat si am plecat pentru ca nu a venit nimeni sa ne intrebe ce vrem sau sa ne arate un meniu desi nu era nimeni decat personalul lor. Inafara de cai de la receptie,nu vorbeste nimeni alta limba inafara de turca,in parcare am asteptat 25 de minute sa vina propietarii celor care ne au blocat masinile,sa le mute,pt ca ei au doar 20 de locuri si restul le pun in spatele celor parcate. Micul dejun este adus de ei ,nu e bufet,continea 1 scovearga,o felie de salam,un carnat cat un deget,o felie de branza si o lingura de finetti.

Το κτιριο ειναι ενα κοσμημα ιστορικης και αρχιτεκτονικης αξιας χτισμενο απ τον μεγαλο οθωμανο αρχιτεκτονα Μιμαρ Σιναν, υπεροχο. Η τοποθεσια ειναι ιδανικη, μεταξυ του μεγαλου τζαμιου Σελιμιγιε και της παλιας αγορας. Εχει κοντα ολες τις κλειστες και ανοιχτες αγορες και τα εστιατορια. Το ξενοδοχειο εχει φροντισει για χωρο δωρεαν παρκινγκ. Το δωματιο ευχαριστο, καθαρο, ευρυχωρο και ζεστο.

Το εστιατοριο εχει περιορισμενο μενου σε τοπικα πιατα και μετρια εκτελεση πιατων. Επισης το προσωπικο του εστιατοριου χρειαζεται περισσοτερη εκπαιδευση σε service, στην επαγγελματικη εικονα που βγαζουν στους πελατες

Архитектурата е чудесна, от времето на османската империя. Местоположението е превъзходно, в центъра на Одрин и старата част на града. Забележителностите на Одрин са на пешеходно разстояние от хотела. Отоплението е добро, като включва парно и климатик. Пушенето е разрешено в коридорите на хотела, които са открити към прекрасните вътрешни дворове на хотела.

Закуската, макар и обилна, е една и съща всеки ден. Водата беше с ниско налягане и хладка.

Hotelul este amplasat central, dispune de parcare (uneori poate fi extrem de aglomerata dar e ok) si este de fapt un vechi caravansaray de pe Drumul Matasii transformat in hotel..are ceva butaforie dar una peste alta e pitoresc. Conditiile sunt ok,curatenie impecabila, merge pentru o oprire de o noapte sau pentru un sejur mai lung in Edirne.

Wunderschönes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut zentral gelegen mit hoteleigenem Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Das Frühstück und der Service waren super.

Hôtel de caractère, extrêmement bien situé.

Les chambres (solo dans mon cas) sont petites mais parfaitement équipées. Le lit est extrêmement confortable. Aucun problème, sauf si vous avez une énorme valise.

Manque de lumière, on se voit à peine. On comprend le souci esthétique des lampes, mais arriver à se voir dans la salle de bains est pratique ! Idem dans la chambre si on veut travailler ou lire. Accueil très moyen. J'ai dû demander pour qu'on me porte mon sac alors que l'escalier en colimaçon est très raide. Cela aurait dû être proposé systématiquement.
