L'emplacement est top, les équipements ( ustensiles, meubles, jeux...) , la décoration, l'insonorisation.
Manque de confiance avec la conciergerie, prélèvement d'une caution ( qui baisse le plafond disponible) au lieu de l'empreinte bancaire , matelas ou sommier pas confortables ( bas de gamme??)

Emplacement idéale, proche des rues animées. L'espace dans l'appartement est suffisant, la courette est très agréable.
La lumière dans la piece pour la nuit, pas de rideau occultant, ni de volet et avec l'éclairage de la rue cela donne énormément de lumière dans la chambre.
