Facile d'accès, bord de mer, résidence sécurisée et calme à cette période, appartement bien équipé, proximité du lieux de travail, tous commerces à deux pas de la résidence
l'appartement était correct mais mériterait un petit raffraichissement y compris le mobilier (canapé et literie)

The location was great, large, clean pools in the middle of the apartment complex, especially good for kids. The sea was a 5 minute walk away, with a beautiful beach. You could park your car for free in a nearby car park. The apartment complex looks beautiful from the outside.
Communication was the owner was excelent, fast and clear.
Unfortunately there were too many cockroaches in the room and the whole apartman complex. My wife couldn't sleep at night because of them. That was very disgusting.
The apartment complex lack of maintenance and cleaning, the elevator and hallways are dirty and worn out.
It's a shame because it's in a very good location.
