The beds were so comfortable, and the property manager was great - very attentive to ensuring we had a positive experience. There is plenty of space, and the pool was clean. The property was secured by a gate and a guard. Our place lost electricity unexpectedly overnight one night, and we assumed it was an outage that affected the whole neighborhood. The property manager assured us that if we'd texted her, she would have been able to rectify the problem, so now we know for next time!
The pre-check in procedures were unexpected, asking me to complete details on a different website in advance to confirm the booking or risk losing it.

The apartments were large and very clean. Rose was very helpful!
The pool was quite dirty - had flies. When we raised it, it was cleaned immediately. The pool is cleaned regularly however there's no cover so it gets dirty quickly.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious rooms.
The quality of the fittings were poor and showed a lot of wear and tear and need replacement or repair. We stayed in a 3bed house. More towels weee needed such as hand towels.
