Mangelhaft: ÖPNV in Prien, wenn man kein Auto hat. Für Ausflüge mit Bahn und Schiff sehr gut.

Zentrale ruhige Lage, gute Betten, umfassende Ausstattung (es fehnte an Nichts).

Die Ferienwohnung Chiemseekoje befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Mehrfamilenhauses in Prien und bietet für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch zum See sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, eine gute Bäckerei ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt. Ein Parkplatz stand am Haus zur Verfügung und in der Wohnung fanden wir alles vor, um uns selbst versorgen zu können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Der Zugang zum Haus ist nicht beleuchtet und ein Bewegungsmelder wäre sicher hilfreich. Zum Thema Mülltrennung: leider gibt es keine gelbe Tonne, aber die Hausgemeinschaft sammelt sozusagen intern und bringt den gesammelten Verpackungsmüll zum Wertstoffhof, was uns diesen Weg erspart hat. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, die Rollläden machen ordentlich Lärm.
