Booked as "the studio apartment with the terrace and sea view" it turned out to be a very noisy apartment with a window to the street and supposed terrace with a sea view turned out to be terrace at the entrance of 3 apartments facing wall of the nearby building, a bit of sea was visible looking to the right from entrance through the opening between lower level houses. Hence considered as falsely advertised.
Disregarding policy of privacy and rules in the room that claimed that room may only be entered without guests being present in case of emergency or imminent danger, my room was accessed during my absence without having any of these circumstances.
