    Although we sent a message through the Agoda app which did not arrive the hotel, the professionals picked it up on arrival and managed perfectly. We recommend to contact the hotel directly and not through the app. We had a comfortable and memorable stay thanks to the staff. Thank you once again.

    Premium modern but still shanghai frangrance. Room and hotel is so well design and tech equipped. Love the in room western movie and new ones too if not be wasting your internet quota. Far from the main bund area but you get all the shopping centrr near by, so many cafes, its like its own little town

    The hotel is located in a newly developed area, which is around half an hour's ride from city centre and Wai Tan. This area is nothing like Nanjing Rd E, but I enjoyed the environment as it's not busy and I felt more relaxed. The hotel itself is very modern and the room is big. Quite fancy setup including some 'hi-tech' features like electronically controlled smart glass. However, the room access card was not sensitive enough and sometimes we had difficulty accessing the lift. In addition, we found the mattress too soft and also air conditioner not functioning well, so we couldn't sleep well in the first night. We reported it on the next morning and immediately got a new room and harder mattress. Overall, we enjoyed the stay there and have no problem recommending this hotel to others (the Qiantan area and hotel itself).

    This is a stunning hotel. Big rooms and very well appointed. Location is a little out of the city but non the less the surrounding shops and area is still very nice. Would recommend and would stay again.
