    The entire hotel feels like a hospital, even more sterile and cold. Everything is cold and unwelcoming. The breakfast buffet is so freezing it's almost sickening. There isn't a single room that exudes any warmth or friendliness. Furthermore, no one speaks English, which is rather unusual for a hotel of this class. At 5:45 pm, I wanted to eat and drink something in the restaurant and was told it didn't open until 6:30 pm. I have rarely felt as uncomfortable as I did here.
