Toilet clogged no equipment readily available to fix it, continental breakfast consisted only of pancakes and coffee and juice NO HOT FOOD WAS SERVED, fee charged for early check in with no leniency

Not having to make extra trips to stores searching for a water brand suitable to the quality I required and carrying jugs of water to room was great. As well as a small gym with free weights.

I had difficulty finding the hotel and when I entered the driveway I knew I would not feel safe there The hotel was located on a very busy street, the area surrounding the hotel had dead brush and weeds around it. The facade of the hotel needs a face lift I’ll need to think twice before booking another non refundable hotel room and have to incur the expense of finding another hotel

Easy check in and nice room. My only issue is that my room faced the freeway and the constant sound of traffic made it hard for me to sleep. If I stayed there again I'd ask for a room facing a different direction.

I was expecting much less for the price I paid. The room was very nice for the price. It was clean, comfortable and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The only thing I did not care for was beyond their control - California’s water conservancy resulting in low water pressure showers. I come from a state that doesn’t have those requirements. The staff were ALL amazing. The breakfasts were good. The parking was safe. I stayed four nights and I will stay here again the next time I have to go to that part of the country.
