We booked the trip for a winter excursion. While certain aspects of the trips were out of control of the property, others were not. The driveway was a coated in 3 inches of ice and not salted, garage door was iced shut. Hall bathroom was not clean- evidence of toilet and shower use left from others. House besides this, meet all our needs. We brought two Trucks/suvs with trailers w sleds. The driveway was unsafe to use due to ice, and barely long enough to fit them. Warning, the pitch is steep, your trailer may have issues. The trail head right by the subdivision is private and ticketable. I was told this after the police came to the house due to multiple neighbors complaining about the trailers- which were in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at all during the winter- the house book stated over night, the police told me this is an all winter ordinance,Neighbors complained about the trailers and sleds. which we did not even pull out our sleds here, which is what lead to us having to speak to the police on more than one occasion- we were doing everything within the law and were told this is a regular issue with renters.
