The property is a good location. You can look out your window or sit on your balcony and see the whole strip. Pretty view.
The down side of this place is...the inclune to it is steep. If you are in a wheelchair or have difficulty walking...it wouks be a challenge going up and down it. Even though it says WALK TO THE STRIP. The parking is a nightmare too. Oh my gosh...that parking lot is so snall. Bigger trucks or suvs or lg cars will have trouble. If you park on the rd coming UP, again, this will be a challenge. Its a nice place though. The studio ..we stated in is just really small. Pics looked way larger. Bed in living/kitchen area. No way to get away from one another.. if need be . And it had NO BALCONY.
It was an ok place. I just thought id tell the negative of it. In case anyone needed to hear.

We stayed here the last weekend in October. It's a great location and very convenient to tourist attractions, but it sets on a hill so be prepared to walk uphill from downtown Gatlinburg. The place was very clean and tidy and in a quiet area. Great view of downtown Gatlinburg and hills from window (no deck). The pool water was very warm for end of October.
