Beautiful ledge outcroppings and plantings surround this 3 bedroom cottage with plenty of sunshine and water views of Linekin Bay. The kitchen has a large bay window looking over the garden, Corian counter tops, an island and lots of pantry closet space. The living room has hardwood flooring and a corner fireplace with a wood stove insert to keep you cozy in the shoulder seasons. Enjoy the outdoors in the wrap-around screened-in porch or on the rooftop deck. Beach Shares allow access to Sprucewold Beach and deep-water dock which is just steps away.

The owner was so easy to contact and very responsive. Nothing was lacking in our stay. The house was clean, and the porches/decks were absolutely fantastic! We loved the location of being out of but close to town. There was a fun, rocky yard to play in, and the beach share was a great plus. We have stayed in other VRBO homes, and this owner was clearly experienced and had so many nice little extras in the home, from linens to tissues and little trash cans in every room, great kitchen stock, hand soap, etc. Great experience and would highly recommend! No drama, just a great vacation!

This was the first trip to Maine for most of our family and we couldn’t have asked for better first experience! The house was well appointed and had all the quality amenities needed to make our stay great! The private beach was a very short walk from the house and we found everyone in the neighborhood to be lovely and welcoming. We went to the beach multiple times a day to experience low and high tide; it was so convenient to do short trips, which is great for younger kids. We will definitely be coming back as I can’t imagine never sitting on that screened porch again.

Really nice house in a great location in the forest near a private beach. We enjoyed having our coffee on the 2nd floor deck. Also, the screened in 1st floor patio came in handy on a couple of rainy days. Short drive to the Boothbay Harbour restaurants, shops and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Also, an easy drive to Bar Harbour and Acadia National Park. We will plan on staying at this house again if visiting the Boothbay Harbour area.
