- The location close to the sea and the city allows you to live in tranquility, in close contact with the surrounding nature and to admire the sunsets over the bay of Alghero. In a few minutes you can reach the city and all its attractions.
- The house is very beautiful, modern characterized by large windows that connect the internal space with the external one.
The position:
The house is located in one of the most sought after areas near Alghero. It is in fact very close to Alghero (only 3 km away) in a green area near the sea which can also be reached on foot. The coast is characterized by rocks and a crystal clear sea ideal for pleasant swims. From the house you can take walks along the coast or in the countryside on foot. A sandy beach can be easily reached within 5 minutes by car.

The house has a large garden full of olive trees, fruit trees, oaks and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. A house terrace allows you to eat outdoors and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
Inside the house is characterized by being modern, bright, characterized by large spaces. The house consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a study area on the mezzanine floor. On the floor below we find the sleeping area characterized by three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, a further bathroom and a laundry room.
