Casa Devine is a beautiful home, unfortunately there were many troubling issues. One of the main selling points for us as renters was the fireplace. It did not work. After troubleshooting and attempting to look at connections, it was inoperable. Many of the light fixtures also did not work. The provided code for the door was incorrect and we were only able to enter the home on arrival because there was a door left unlocked. One of our guests stepped through a hole in the deck by the jacuzzi where the wood has dry-rotted through. There was sewage spilling out into the yard from a plumbing clean out. We made the best of it, but were ultimately left disappointed, especially not having the beautiful fireplace we had hoped to use.
