This 2B/1b Unit is newly renovated with double paneled windows and sliding door to reduce outside noise, new ceiling lights and kitchen lights give it a modern feel, while bright up the space. The fogless bathroom LED mirror is my favor.

The place is very conveniently located and very walkable to some of the best shops in Lafayette. Parking is super easy as well. For those who are more sensitive to noise, the place is not very sound proof, so we could hear footsteps from upstairs and phone conversations from next door. It didn’t bother us too much but it was noticeable enough that we couldn’t not mention it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, the host is very responsive and brought over things soon after we asked her for it. Highly recommend!

We really appreciated how family friendly this apartment was! Everything was so clean and safe for our little ones. And it’s such a convenient location just a block away from a playground and a short walk from downtown.
