Contacted the owner a couple times and they were quick to respond. Really enjoyed the cabin once I removed all the dead bugs and spider webs. Property needs a deep clean and new storm doors but the bed and furniture were nice and comfortable. The view is fantastic and sitting in the back deck is lovely. It was nice to have an umbrella when the sun moved.

Starting with directions, listed as 52, which is only a small part of the actual fire number. Had to contact property manager to get actual address. Front screen door gets stuck on pavement and needs updating, difficult to open and close door as well as window to access screen. Stove and oven took twice as long as they should do cook simple things like boiling water and cooking eggs. Only 3 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives. No snacks, tea or coffee. Didn't use dishwasher. Water pressure good and fast hot water that lasted through showers. Lighting in main bedroom very very dim, fan was loud and bed was way too soft. Second bedroom was a cheap quality bunk bed with 2 inch mattresses. Person on top thought he would break the ladder (around 200 lbs). Couch comfortable but way too low to ground. First aid kit had medication contents expired in 2017. Location was amazing, right on the water. No grill. Outdoor furniture comfortable and the umbrella was nice to have, worked well. Barely comfortable for 4, thankfully we all like each other. Manager was timely in responding but wasn't aware of where we could launch our boat to tie up to the dock.
