About this house rental
Entire residential home with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! This home features plunge pool (not heated), hot tub, fire pit, & outdoor faux grass area for pets! Fast wifi, full kitchen, & a patio seating area! Bring your friends, family, & pets—all are welcome! Close to Spring Training, golf courses, ice cream shops, farmers markets, Arrowhead shopping, & more! Park with basketball court across the street, elementary/middle/high school within walking distance, & dog parks within minutes drive!
One primary bedroom (king bed) with attached bathroom that has a shower as well as a bathtub. Two additional bedrooms (queen beds) are both able to access the second bathroom with a shower through a shared hallway. TVs are located in the living room, the primary bedroom, and both guest bedrooms that you can access any of your streaming services. The third bedroom has a desk/workspace available. As needed, the living room has about a twin-size futon, and there is an air mattress and hand pump in the closet for additional sleeping space.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.
Grass area in the backyard is for pets—please pick up after your pets.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful home. It was stalked with things that are needed that you usually dont bring. It was so homie,and comfortable. This was by far the most clean rental home! The beds were firm but comfortable. We will be back for sure.

We came here with our family and 1 dog, everything was very easy to check in and things were all set up nicely. Everything online is accurate and it was overall a really nice place. Our dog loved it, and we felt it was the perfect size for our 4 people and 1 dog family. Host is very good with responding to questions before and throughout stay

It is a nice house in a nice neighbourhood close to amenities. Pet friendly unit but unfotrunatly there was dog crap that had not been picked up by previous renters. The unit needs a good clean inside and out. Pretty well stocked. Would i stay there again. No
