★ GUEST ACCESS ★
Guests have full access to the entire home (except owner’s closets), driveway, deck, hot tub, and outdoor space. A keyless entry code will be sent at your designated check in time.
★ QUIET HOURS ★
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on the premises at any time. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the home. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
Primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the premises during the reservation. Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of reservation confirmation. Government issued photo ID must also be uploaded and match the primary guest. No door codes will be provided without the rental agreement or photo ID.
★ PARKING ★
Our driveway accommodates 6 cars comfortably. Parking may only take place on the paved asphalt driveway and street parking is not permitted. The drive and walkways are regularly plowed and or sanded/salted/shoveled during winter; however, ice and snow cannot be avoided during Maine winters. Please be cautious during Winter months.
★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
★ VIDEO SURVEILLANCE/SECURITY ★
-Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property.

The cabin was in a great location and was very clean and well kept. We go up to this area every summer and would definitely book this again. Great place to stay with family and young children.
