Nestled on the north coast of the enchanting island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Palaiokastro, the Rocca al Mare Seaside Villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea.


The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each boasting its own private swimming pool. The hillside location of the complex allows guests to indulge in breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the nearby city of Heraklion, situated just 15 km away. Just beneath your feet, a charming cove awaits, inviting you for a refreshing swim, accessible via an exterior staircase. Moreover, there are several other nearby beaches, with the closest one just a brief 2-minute drive (1.7 km) away. Infinity Villa covers 140m2 and spreads in 2 levels, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms.


Ground floor
Step into the elegant seating area, featuring a cozy corner sofa, a 55 smart TV, and a fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Adjacent to the seating area, youll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a charming dining area for four, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The living room and kitchen boast a magnificent window wall that opens up to a Juliette balcony, offering awe-inspiring views of the shimmering sea and allowing you to soak in the summer breeze and natural beauty. On the same floor, you will find the first bedroom offering a 1.60 X 2.00 bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, a vanity, a 32" Smart TV, A/C, a wardrobe, and direct access to the pool area.


Attic
After ascending a few steps, you will find a cosy attic featuring a bed measuring 1.60 X 2.00, an en-suite bathroom, a 32" Smart TV, and a wardrobe. The attic is also equipped with a seating area with a sofa and an armchair.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Infinity Villa spans an expansive 300 m2 and boasts a plethora of exceptional facilities, including:
- A private, 32 sq m. swimming pool, with a depth of 1.70 m and convenient step access. The pool area is well-appointed with 5 sunbeds, an outdoor swing, a charming gazebo, and a poolside shower, as well as a lawn-covered area next to it.
- For delightful culinary experiences, there are BBQ facilities featuring a charcoal grill, wood oven, mini fridge, and an outdoor sink. Enjoy dining al fresco with a lovely outdoor table for 6, set under a shaded pergola.
- Relax in the serene outdoor sitting area, which includes 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding amidst the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, theres another outdoor seating area located outside the main entrance, complete with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a sofa.
- A shared driveway provides a parking space available for guests use.
- The entrance to the complex is thoughtfully enclosed with a gate, ensuring the safety and peace of mind for all our guests.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
