Welcome to the Yellowstone River Retreat! This completely remodeled 6 acre river home offers world class fly fishing right in your backyard. Uniquely located 5 minutes from downtown Livingston makes restaurants, entertainment and groceries super convenient. Cool off in the new HVAC that was just installed. Yellowstone National Park is 45 minutes away and Bozeman is 29 minutes away. If skiing is your thing, Bridger Bowl is 30 minutes away. All memory foam mattresses and all the pillows are new and covered with zippered allergy resistant waterproof protection. The Yellowstone River is the longest undammed river in the lower 48 states and this stretch is known for great trout fishing. You're bound to see bald eagles, golden eagles, geese, ducks, sand hill cranes, great blue herons, pelicans, swans, osprey, hawks, and owls. The amazing views of Livingston peak never seem to get old. Whether you're seeking to reconnect with family and treasured friends, or for well-deserved solitude and reflection, when you come to stay, we hope you'll get as much joy out of the home as we have.

Great location if like to fish and explore parks and towns. Great communication with owner. Great views of river and mountain range. Tv is awesome. Ease of checking out. No crazy instructions or responsibilities. Just put the keys back and go!

House with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Outside needs a little up dating . Very quite place and a lot of deer that come near the back porch . They were nice to watch.
