About this apartment rental
This condo boasts beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range and Buffalo Mountain with its wrap-around porch. It is the perfect location for a ski getaway or summer vacation. Come, stay, and play in this ideally located home. Within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants, and a short drive to all the local ski resorts and trailheads. The property features a shared clubhouse with an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a full workout facility, and an outdoor tennis court/pickleball court in the summer. There is direct elevator access to the garage.
The wonderful kitchen allows you to cook meals at home, and the dining table is perfect for sharing meals and stories after a long day in the mountains. Relax in the living area with a large sliding glass door that looks directly at Peak One over Frisco. The living room also features a queen sofa sleeper.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with an attached bath and a large shower. Step out to the wrap-around porch or enjoy your morning coffee on the deck that overlooks Buffalo Mountain. There is also a private washer and dryer.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and a door that provides direct access to the wrap-around porch.
Frisco Nordic Center is just under 2 miles from the condo, and Keystone Resort is just under 12 miles away. Summer guests (or those seeking a different kind of adventure) can book a trip with Ava Rafting and Zipline, located nine miles from the condo. Don't forget about hiking at Rainbow Lake and North Tenmile Creek trails, with trailheads both within two-and-a-half miles!

This property was perfect for our small group of friends. It had the amenities we needed inside the condominium to be comfortable and self sufficient (kitchen) when we wanted. The pool and hot tub are a little bit of a walk but not too bad. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Frisco

overall enjoyed of stay in this condo. it was clean and comfy. nice to be able to park indoors in the winter. well kept and clean. enjoyed the gas fireplace after a day of skiing. only issue was that my son is a college runner and hoped to use the treadmill in the gym after skiing but it was broken during our stay.

It was easy to find and really nice to have a garage parking spot. Plenty of hot water for our family of 6 to stay and all shower after a long day of skiing. Complimentary coffee was a great touch. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Definitely recommend this stay.
