About this apartment rental
Bedroom on the upper floor, accessible via the stairs from the kitchen.
Dining room on the first floor; dining space in the courtyard can be used in addition to the private dining/living room on the upper floor.
Pool for splashing around and relaxing, fed by spring water, depth 40 cm.
A grill and beer benches can be set up.
The house is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest in the so-called Schöntal, nestled within the grounds of a Wilhelminian-style industrialist’s villa. It was important to me to preserve the old charm and style of this historic, protected building. That’s why I lovingly and carefully restored elements such as the doors and staircases. Nevertheless, the bathrooms and kitchens are state-of-the-art.
Pool (historic ornamental pond) for splashing around and relaxing, fed by spring water, depth 40 cm.
The materials used include original pine and oak wood, red Palatinate sandstone, and lime plaster—just as they did in the old days. I prefer to use historic building materials to contribute to sustainability.
On-site costs: Rates as listed.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
