The Chapka residence, also known as the Hotel de la Falaise, is located in the Falaise neighborhood, very close to the main entrance of the resort.
The neighborhood is conveniently situated near the resort entrance, making arrivals and departures easy. The Chapka residence faces south and offers a view of the surrounding mountains and the resort. The neighborhood has all the necessary shops for a successful stay, and the center of Avoriaz is only a 5-minute walk away.

The ski departure point allows easy access to various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and provides direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.
